Your first task with Gimp is to get used to creating montages with a series of images. This will allow you to create individual images, as opposed to simply manipulating what you create using the camera. Your task is to create an image using elements from at least three sources such as the one to the right.

Steps

1.Find your base images, (these should be in either gimp or jpeg format. )

2.Save them to a directory where you can find them easilly.

3.Open your images using the Gimp.

4.Then use the capture tool.

5.Trace around the sections you want to remove.

6.Right click with the mouse and click copy, then on the image you want to place them on click the mouse to move the curser then right click and paste. Repeat.

When finished save as a jpeg file and print it.
