Practical Photography Task One
Using a 35mm SLR camera complete the following tasks.
1. Stillife. Using natural light, design and shoot a still life image. It could be something as cliched as a bowl of fruit or you could use your imagination.
2. Closeup. Create an image which records an object in closeup. Do not alter the image in post production.
3. Landscape. Find out about the rule of thirds. Then create a landscape image that draws upon these rules. For examples investigate the work of Ansel Adams.
4. Create an action shot.
5. Create an image utilizing the panning technique.
6. Shoot a portrait using natural light. Try and find something interesting for your sitter to be doing.
7. Using an SLR with a zoom lense. Attempt a zoom shot.
